MOST REV. RENATO P. MAYUGBA, DD

was born on December 4, 1955. He finished his College and Theology studies at the Immaculate Conception Major Seminary, Vigan, Ilocos Sur.  Then he obtained his Licentiate in Moral Theology from the Pontifical University of Saint Thomas, Rome, Italy. After finishing the course, he was assigned as a seminary formator of the Immaculate Conception School of Theology, where he also held various positions as dean for three years, a SFY Director for two years and Rector for six years. On December 27, 2005, he was ordained to the episcopacy and installed as the Auxiliary Bishop of Lingayen-Dagupan. Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Bishop of the Diocese of Laoag on October 12, 2012.

KENDRICK IVAN B. PANGANIBAN

is a theologian, Church heritage advocate and heraldry artist. He made a thorough study on the importance of shrines and their pastoral programs, which he submitted as a Master of Arts thesis at the Graduate School of Theology of the Immaculate Conception Major Seminary in Guiguinto, Bulacan, where he graduated with a Master's degree in Systematic Theology and a Master's degree in Pastoral Ministry in 2019.  He began DOMVS A VREA Ecclesiastical Designs in 2016 specializing in Church museum work, crafting coats of arms and historical profiling for symbolisms of ecclesiastical figures and organizations. He is also the author of "The Role of Shrines in view of the New Evangelization: Pope Francis' Theology on Shrines and Pilgrimages in the Philippine Context", published by Claretian Publications in 2021
